The Sweetener Collection Description

"Catch this sweetener collection--honey crystals, molasses crystals, turbinado sugar, and decorative sugar--2 to 2 1/2 cups of each! Our turbinado sugar is a large crystal sugar made from sugar cane. Since it is less processed, it still contains some of the natural cane syrup with an attractive blond color and mellow, distinctive taste. Use it for toppings on cookies and muffins and sprinkled on hot and cold cereal.
Decorative sugar (size AA) adds glitter and crunch to your cookies and desserts. Roll your cookies through this sugar for extra sweetness and crunch. This sugar comes in white but you can color it to your choosing with a couple drops of food coloring.
Molasses crystals can be used in place of sugar. You?ll love the rich taste of molasses in your baking. This molasses is mild and sweet and imparts a rich, mellow taste to your baked goods with none of the strong sulfur taste of old-fashioned molasses. Use these molasses crystals rather than liquid molasses. It's convenient, it's not messy, and you can substitute molasses crystals for all or part of the sugar without making adjustments in the liquids in the recipe as you must with molasses. It is made with dehydrated organic molasses and organic cane sugar.
Honey crystals are wonderful for baking, a natural sweetener with its own delicate flavor. Use these honey crystals rather than liquid honey. Like molasses crystals, it's convenient, it's not messy, and you can substitute honey crystals for all or part of the sugar without making adjustments in the liquids in the recipe as you must with honey. They are made with dehydrated organic honey and organic cane sugar. These honey crystals are good enough to eat plain. Try them in your baking, sprinkle a little on ice cream, substitute honey for brown sugar in your streusel muffin recipe for honey streusel muffins. You'll find lots of uses for these natural honey crystals. "[tr id=ourprice]
